Job Title: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Lead integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
Develop annual marketing and customer plans in collaboration with our commercial team.
Partner with senior leadership to set clear marketing objectives, refine product positioning, and identify new growth opportunities.
Research the children’s learning & wellbeing market, monitor trends and competitors, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Optimise offers, bundles, and promotions so they resonate with today’s families.
Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns: develop content, schedule posts, and manage ads and emails across web, social, and partner channels.
Manage supplier relationships, driving product launches, promotional activity, and strategic partnerships.
Track performance and report findings, delivering concise updates and data-driven recommendations for continual improvement.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience (2+ years) in a fast-paced marketing environment, either agency or client-side.
A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a strong grasp of marketing KPIs and ROI.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Creative flair with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies
Skilled in the following: social-media management, email automation, paid search/social advertising, and graphic design.
Data-driven mindset, confident extracting and interpreting metrics from Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
Skilled in multi-channel marketing, to drive lead generation through gated content, landing pages, CTAs, and CRM integration to support the sales funnel.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
